Delivery, Refunds and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

We try to aim for same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm. This is our aim, not a guarantee. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday. Dispatch is subject to stock being available. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there be a delay to dispatch due to lack of stock, payment related issues, address issues or any other unforeseen circumstances.

It is the purchasers responsibility to be available to receive the delivery and/or make every possible effort to collect the item if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. If the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional postage costs to resend your order.

Postage costs have gotten increasingly expensive. In light of this, we do not charge the full amount to the customer. We take a small loss to try and balance the cost to you and the impact on us.

UK purchases

Items are dispatched via the most cost effective means either 1st or 2nd class depending on the choice made at checkout. For a single book this is a large letter. For any additional items, this will be small parcel.

EU and International purchases

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail International standard at the rate for your zone. For certain Zones, sending multiple books together can be more expensive than sending them individually, so we may send them separately.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at with details of your return. We will then provide you with a return address. Place the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty. We make every effort that each item is checked for defects before posting. We may ask to see photos of the item if it has arrived damaged. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot gives refunds without proof it was posted if the item goes missing in transit. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. The refund can only be issued to the original payment method. The timing for the refund to appear on your original payment method from instantaneous to several working days.
